Kim Wolkowski, CET - Executive Vice President

Kim is a Civil Engineering Technologist, with over 30 years of management experience in the construction industry in Calgary.  Kim's been with Professional Excavators since early 2009; successfully implementing the new divisions of concrete and asphalt.  His experience in finance, human resources, estimating, public relations, and operational management have provided him the foundation and strength for his new role.  Kim also holds a Gold Seal Certificate from the Canadian Construction Association.

 

Joanne Herman, CGA - Chief Financial Officer

Joanne has over 24 years experience in accounting and finance across private and government sectors.  She joined the company in early spring 2010, having come from Alberta Health Services managing the finances of a $6 billion construction program.  Her focus and dedication has provided her in depth knowledge of managing finance, controls, organizational development, and project management.

 

Sean Murphy, CET - General Manager

Sean has worked in the construction industry for close to a decade.  His experience has given him the skills to accurately estimate and effectively manage a wide variety of earthworks, mechanical site services, asphalt paving and concrete flatworks projects for commercial and civil clients.  Before joining the company, Sean worked as a project manager / estimator at Lafarge where he managed the extension of the Northwest LRT expansion valued at $60 million.

 

Tracy Cross - Controller

Tracy has been with Professional Excavators since 2000.  Tracy has worked her way from the field up through various positions in the office.  In 2004 Tracy was promoted to controller, running the financial and human resource operations of the organization.  With her field experience, her strength of character and tenacity for getting the job done right is primary in her focus.
