No excavation company has as much experience in southern Alberta as Professional Excavators. We dug the foundation for approximately 70 percent of downtown Calgary, plus major landmarks such as the Alberta Children's Hospital, Canada Olympic Park and The Bow. On our biggest day at The Bow, we hauled out over 4,000 cubic metres of soil – about four-times the average for our industry.

Our earthworks services begin with the bulk or detailed excavation for the foundation components, core footings, pads and columns. We then do the slab sub-drainage and ongrade gravel as the concrete work moves up and eventually provide the exterior backfill around the foundation. While we're digging, we get in and out of the hole without getting in anyone's way – minimizing disruptions on our clients' worksites.
