Health Research Innovation Centre – Laboratory Building

The Health Research Innovation Centre Laboratory Building is considered a very successful project by the University of Calgary and by PCL Construction Management Inc. The work was completed under some very challenging conditions including an aggressive schedule, the new Occupational Health and Safety Act, labour and material shortages and several last-minute changes. Even so, the project was completed in excellent time and stands proudly as a world-class research facility.
The project's success is largely due to the efforts of superior trade contractors such as Professional Excavators Ltd. PCL Construction Management Inc. takes this opportunity to thank your office and field staff for the hard work and commitment shown over the course of this project. Professional Excavators Ltd. was instrumental in the success of the project, completing the excavation and backfill work while demonstrating excellent flexibility and organization under the dedicated management of Wayne Mullen.

Habitat for Humanity – Donation 2007 Building Projects
Thank you for your contribution to Habitat for Humanity - Calgary. Your generous contribution has helped Habitat build 84 homes in Calgary since 1988. The Sheftel Court Project at 1837 – 17th Avenue NW is in the final stage of construction. There are eight townhouses of the 12 unit multi-family complex occupied and it will be fully occupied by the end of the first quarter.
