Professional Excavators has developed policies and procedures to ensure its employees make it home every day safely. Providing a safe working environment is Professional Excavators' top priority at every jobsite. Our site supervisors are responsible for ensuring safety best practices are followed at each jobsite – and employees are responsible for doing their part. Site supervisors are supported by a commitment to safety first that runs from the top of our organization to the bottom.

Hazard assessments are conducted before any project begins and updated daily as the project progresses. Weekly safety meetings are also held for crew members and daily Pre-job Safety Inspections (PSI) happen every morning to discuss and prepare for special safety hazards we might encounter on a particular day.

Drug Policy

We have implemented a drug, alcohol and fitness testing program for all our new hires. Existing employees are also required to pass a drug and fitness testing program annually with additional periodic drug and alcohol testing occurring throughout the year.
