Professional Excavators & Construction Inc. currently has an immediate opening for an experienced Rubber Tire Roller Operator in our Paving Business Unit.

Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience working as a Rubber Tire Roller Operator.

• Ability to operate a roller in a safe and appropriate manner.

• Ability to compact asphalt to proper depth and smoothness.

• Ability to identify deficiencies in the mat behind paving crew and notify the foremen.

• Willingness to assist crew in all other paving activities.

• A knowledge of proper machine startup, shutdown and maintenance.

• Physical strength and coordination.

• Ability to work safely and to stay alert at all times.

• Ability to pass mandatory Drug and Medical Screening.
