Professional Excavators & Construction Inc. currently has an immediate seasonal opening for an experienced Excavator Operator.

Required Skills:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Excavator Operator working on earthworks projects

• Ability to operate an excavator/track hoe in a safe manner

• Ability to work safely and stay alert to surroundings at all times

• Identifying any underground and overhead utilities prior to excavating

• Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment

• Reading and interpreting ground markings to ensure proper depth to grade is followed

• Using an excavator to dig to proper grade and depth

• Willing and able to assist ground crew when excavator is not in use

• Strong communication skills

• Valid Ground Disturbance Level 2 Certification

• Pass mandatory Drug, Alcohol & Fitness Testing

• Valid Driver’s License (Class 5) and reliable transportation
